What is agility?
Agility is a skill that allows for faster run energy restoration. The higher you train, it the faster your energy restores. Agility is a very straight forward skill, as all you need to do is run laps around the agility courses. This and the fact that you do not need any items to use the courses often, make this skill one of the first that are trained.
Training areas
Gnome course
You can start here at level 1 agility.
Barbarian course
You can start here at level 35 agility (you can only use the ropeswing at lvl 20).
Seers rooftop
You can start here at level 60 agility.
Tip: when you jump to Edge and you finish the round, is it recommended to teleport to Seers rooftop again. It's faster than walking back.
Wilderness
You can start here at level 52 agility. Wilderness agility has the fastest xp, but it's a risk because you can be killed by players.
Walk to the north to enter the course.
Tip: avoid the stepping stones to get faster experience. They are very slowly, so it takes more time. You can walk around it.

Agility ticket store
The agility tickets you get while doing agility, can you spend at the agility ticket store. This shop can be found at Gnome course, Barbarian course or north of Edgeville bank (you can also use ::shops).
1-99 walktrough
This is the suggested method for 1-99 agility:

Useful items and boosts
Hourly bonus skill
The hourly bonus skill gives you 50% more agility xp for 1 hour. Quest tab > the "i" icon > scroll down to see what the current hourly bonus skill is. Refresh the bonus skill to be sure you have the right one.
Watch the order of the hourly bonus skills to see when agility is the hourly bonus skill.

The skilling cape
If you reach level 99, you will get the skillcape and hood automatically. When you lost it, you can get it from the skillcape store for 27m or the (t) for 45m. Run to north west of Edgeville bank or use ::shops and run west to get there. The skillcape doesn't give more agility xp. The agility skill doesn't have a skilling master and also not skilling tasks.
