Kamil is a level 154 boss located in the ice canyon. He is one of the easier bosses to kill in Grinderscape. He uses two attack styles, mage and melee.
Kamil is the only NPC that drops the Best-In-Slot Magic set, the Ancestral Robes, as well as one of the better staffs, the Staff of Light. He also drops the White whip, albeit, it isn't as sought after as it's counterparts.
He drops a super restore and a chocolate cake every kill, so not much food is needed against him.
To get to Kamil's area, locate the Purple Wizard and go under "Bosses" followed by "Kamil"
After this, you have to kill 5 Ice Trolls, then follow the path shown below to get to Kamil himself (Mostly similar to the OSRS equilant during the quest "Desert Treasure".)
Tip: when you use your Max Cape or a Skull Sceptre, you can teleport to Kamil directly.
With how Kamil drops a super restore and chocolate cake every kill, hardly any resources are needed for the fight, but it's recommended to bring:
- Food
- 1-2 Stat Boosting potions as well as 1 prayer restoration potion (Only 1 needed)
- Optional: Spec Weapon to deal some quick damage (D whip, Dark Bow, AGS)
- Optional: Rune Pouch with Vengeance runes for the Ice Barrages
As for prayer, Melee is the better option with how Kamil more often slashes you with his Sword rather than scream gibberish at you. Combine that with the prayer best suited for your offense (piety, rigour) and the fight should be rather easy.
Kamil is relatively simple, in that, he only has 2 attacks:
- A melee attack where he slashes with his sword.
- A magic attack where he says "Sallamakar Ro!" followed by an Ice Barrage landing on you, freezing you in place for 5 seconds.
