The Tome of Frost is a book that can be worn in the shield slot. This book is magic based, and thus offers decent magic attack bonuses. The Tome of Frost acts as an unlimited supply of water runes, similar to that of an elemental staff. However, since the Tome of Frost is in the shield slot, it lets you choose a more powerful staff to use instead. It has no requirements to be equipped.

Obtaining the Tome of Frost

The Tome of Frost is a very rare reward that can only be recieved upon the completion of elite level clue scrolls.
