The Dragon Med Helm is a helmet that requires 60 Defence to equip. The Dragon Med Helm gives slightly fewer defence bonuses than its full helm counterpart. Normally players favour other helmets which provide attack and strength bonuses.
How to obtain
The Dragon Med Helm is dropped by a lot of monsters. The easiest way to obtain a Dragon Med Helm is by killing Skeleton Hellhounds. The drop rate of a Dragon Med Helm is 1/2. You may also choose to buy the helm from players around Grinderscape.
