The cape of skulls is the best in slot item beating the likes of the Infernal max cape. The cape boasts a +8 in attack bonus vs the +4 of the Infernal max cape. The capes also has a +3 strength bonus on the Infernal max cape's +8 making the Cape of skulls have a +11 bonus.
