Partyhats are obtained by opening Christmas crackers. There are six different coloured partyhats that can be obtained from Christmas crackers, all with the same shape and size (red, yellow, green, blue, purple, and white). (You can't get any other color from opening a Christmas Cracker.)
Party hats are purely cosmetics and cost premium points.
