Chaos dwarfs are level 48 attackable monsters that can be found at several places. The best place to fight them is Taverley Dungeon. The best attack style and prayer protection is melee.

Location

As mentioned, the best place to attack them is Taverley Dungeon. To go there, teleport to Black dragons, and run to the north east beyond the Skeletons. Open the prison door and the gate and pass the Giant bats. After that, run to the south east and pass the Ghosts and the Black knights. The last step is to pass the Magic axes and the Posion scorpions.
