Royal equipment is a ranged armour set, which requires level _____ to wear. The offensive stats are slightly better than their Armadyl armour counterparts, however it has slightly less defensive bonuses than armadyl armour.
The Royal Crossbow requires ____ to wear. The crossbow is degradable and last 12 hours in combat. The crossbow can recover 25% of its integrity by using any royal crossbow pieces on a degraded crossbow.

Obtaining Royal Pieces
Royal D'hide
All pieces of Royal Dragonhide are dropped by the Wildywyrm.
Royal Crossbow
In order to obtain the Royal Crossbow, you require 5 pieces:
- Royal bolt stabiliser
- Coral Crossbow
- Royal sight
- Royal frame
- Royal torsion spring
Once you have all 5 pieces, simply use any other them on each other. Doing so will result in an Royal Crossbow (Unforged), which is unusable.
To forge the crossbow, you have to make your way to the King Black Dragon with a dragonfire shield equiped, and the unforged crossbow in your inventory. Start fighting the King Black Dragon, and once he hits you with his fire breath attack, there is a chance that you will absorb the fire heat, which will forge the Royal Crossbow.
