The Staff of Light is arguably the best staff in the game, due to its powerful stats. It is also very handy due to its 25% chance of saving the runes when you cast any spell.
There are also coloured versions of the Staff, but there is no difference between the normal version and the coloured versions besides from the colour. In order to equip these staves you require a level of 75 Magic and 75 Attack.
The Staff of light can come in these colours:
- Red
- Blue
- Green
- White

Obtaining the Staves
Pk Points
The normal Staff of Light can be found in the PkP store for 100k Pkp. These points are gained by killing other players in The Wilderness.
Killing the Jungle Demon
The Jungle Demon is the only NPC that drops the Staff of Light. It is the Jungle Demons only rare drop.
Mystery Boxes
Mystery Boxes can reward the player with many rewards. The Staff of Light and the coloured Staff of Lights are part of this. The normal Staff of Light is quite rare, but still more common than the coloured versions. These coloured versions are so rare, that when a player receives one as a reward a message is shown to everyone online.

Stats and special attack of the Staff of Light
Note: Coloured staves have the exact same stats and special attack.
Special Attack
The special attack of the Staff of Light absorbs 50% of all melee attack damage you recieve for the next minute. It requires 100% of the speical attack bar to use this ability.
