What are the requirements to customize your own yell?

Where can I change it?

Well thats really easy, just go to your quest tab, and you'll find Yell customizer .

What can you change there?

You can change your yell colour and you can change your tag text there. Just click on it.

Now change whatever you want and then click on Submit to save your work.
